Your LLM API Keys

Paste separate provider API keys when you want direct billing, direct control, and maximum stability.

The thinking behind Full Council

Better questions. More perspectives. Clearer decisions.

Full Council brings Fred Pelard’s practical approach to strategic thinking into an AI workbench: ask one important question, hear several credible perspectives, understand the consensus and disagreement, then turn the answer into action.

Why Full Council exists

AI should widen judgement—not replace it.

A single model can sound certain even when another equally capable model sees the problem differently. Full Council makes those differences useful. It creates a visible council around your question, highlights agreement and distinct perspectives, and leaves the final judgement with you.

Strategist · trainer · facilitator · coach

Fred Pelard

Fred is a French-British rocket scientist by training who has spent more than two decades helping leaders and teams solve complex problems. After starting in management consulting at Deloitte and completing an MBA at INSEAD, he built a career teaching strategic thinking, facilitating leadership teams and advising organisations around the world.

His work is deliberately practical: make the complex clear, generate stronger options, test them intelligently and communicate the answer so people can act.

How to Be Strategic

Fred’s book turns strategic thinking into a learnable skill. Its memorable journey moves from solving the problem and generating ideas, through testing and choosing, to persuading others and improving again:

ThinkUpDownPushAgain

Full Council supports that same journey by broadening the options, making assumptions visible and packaging the result into a useful briefing.

The 6 Moods of Success

One style never works for every conversation. The 6 Moods provides six distinct ways to think, communicate and influence—each useful in the right situation, and each with its own blind spots.

T+ Convince T~ Command T− Critique F+ Charm F~ Collaborate F− Comfort

The Moods Council lets you explore the same situation through all six voices before choosing the response the moment needs.
